DELIVERY TIME and COSTS

Delivery time is determined by the shipping time of your country zone. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible to your address indicated in the order, but take into consideration additional 1-2 business days to process the order.

We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Please note that delivery of pre-ordered products can take up to 14 business days and more, depending on the quantity of requests. For exact delivery time contact us at maisonbijoujewelry@gmail.com. If you didn't receive the pre-ordered items in 21 business days please let us know at maisonbijoujewelry@gmail.com. 

*International Orders: On very rare occasions, delivery to some countries may take up to 2-3 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

Customs and duty fees are not included in the price of the products and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs, if any apply.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow us up to 2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at maisonbijoujewelry@gmail.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once the order has been fulfilled.

 

DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
