Each piece in our new dress collection is a reflection of timeless elegance and artisanal craftsmanship. Designed with intention and created in limited quantities, our garments are made exclusively for you — never mass-produced, always one-of-a-kind.

1. Bespoke Creation
All Maison Bijou dresses are custom made to order, individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using only the finest fabrics sourced with care. Due to the personalised nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a production fault.

2. Tailored Production Timeline
The creation of your garment takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials selected. We believe in slow fashion — where precision, quality, and artistry take precedence over haste.

3. Delivery
Once completed, your piece is dispatched with care. Delivery takes an estimated 5 to 10 business days, subject to your location and local courier services.

4. Duties & Import Fees
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.

5. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, orders may only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your piece will begin production and is considered final.
